1 pork tenderloin
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Rinse pork with cold water. Place the roast and tenderloin in the slow cooker on low. Add 1/2 bottle of the Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce over the pork. Pour the water over the pork and sauce. Halfway through cooking time, start pulling the pork apart into smaller pieces and add a bit more barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. When pork is done cooking, pull the pork pieces apart even more with two large forks. Serve with cole slaw and corn bread....yum!

Personal Notes:
You may substitute your favorite barbecue sauce for the Ray's...but it is my personal favorite. This is a great summer barbecue option instead of burgers and hot dogs...but don't forget the coleslaw and corn bread!
