1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
1 (4 0z). can sliced mushrooms
1 (14 oz) can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet brown beef, flour and onion; drain. Place in crock pot. Whip cottage cheese until smooth: add tomato paste and seasonings. Add to meat mixture along with mushrooms (drained) and beef broth. Stir until blended. Cover; cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low and cook for 4-6 hours. Serve over cooked wide egg noodles.
