1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c.oil
1 11oz. can mandarin oranges (undrained)

TOPPING:
8 oz. whipped topping
15 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
small box instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges in a bowl. Beat for 3 min. Pour into a greased and floured 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.

Topping: Beat whipped topping, pineapple and pudding together. Spread over cake.
