1/2 cup Shortening 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine 1 lb. Powder Sugar 2 Tbsps. Milk or Water 1 tsp. Vanilla
Cream shortening and butter together. Add sugar water or milk, and vanilla to mixture. Blend on medium speed until well mixed. Blend a minute or two more until creamy. Can refrigerate for up to two weeks.
