1 cup of pumpkin -mashed ( can use canned or fresh pumpkin) 1 egg 1 heaping tbsp of flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup of milk
Mix ingredients till well blended. Pour into pie crust Top with sprinkling of cinnamon. Bake @ 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. * neck pumpkin prep* Peel,cube and cook pumpkin until soft enough to mash about 15-20 minutes, then mashed until no lumps remain.
