4 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 c (2oz) Natural shredded Monterey Jack cheese with Jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp onion salt
1 cup canned black beans drained and rinsed
3 flour toritllas (10")
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheeses, sour cream and onion salt in a small mixing bowl at med speed with electric mixer.
Place beans in food processer fitted with steel blade or blender. Process till smooth.
Spread thin layer of beans onto each tortilla, spread cheese mixture ovedr beans.

Roll tortillas up tightly, refrigerate 30 min. cut into 1/2" slices. Serve with salsa.
