2 2/3 c coconut
2/3 sugar
1/4 t salt
4 egg whites
1 t almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the coconut, sugar and salt. Next stir
in the egg whites and the almond extract. Take
one teaspoon of cookie batter at a time and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a 325 degree
oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn
lightly brown. Remove immediately after baking
and place on waxed paper to cool.

Makes: 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
