1/4 c instant coffee
1/4 c dark rum
1 T water
2 T cocoa
2 c finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c chopped walnuts
3 T light corn syrup
1 c confectioner's sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the rum and water in a medium bowl. Dissolve instant coffee in rum/water mixture. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Make rum balls by rolling one teaspoon of the mixture into a ball and then coat each ball in granulated sugar. Store in an air-tight container.
