3 T finely chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C olive oil
2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 C tequila
1/4 C lime juice
1/8 t salt
2 T chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat about 3 min or until tender. Add shrimp and tequila, bring to boil. Boil gently, uncovered, for 3 to 5 min or until shrimp turns pink, stirring occasionally.

transfer shrimp mixture into a bowl. Add lime juice, salt and cilantro, tossing to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
