1/2 C onion, finely chopped
1/4 flour
4 C finely chopped/pureed tomatoes
1 t each: dill seed, dill weed, oregano
3 C chicken stock
1/4 honey
1 C Cream
1/4 C chopped parsley
1/4 C chopped basil
4 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add flour cook for 1 min. Add tomotoes, spices and chicken stock and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for 15 min. Add honey, cream, parsley and basil. Heat thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste
