1 large can/jar of sauerkraut - drained and washed, fluffed with a fork
1/2 C chopped green pepper
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C sliced green onion
1 small jar of pimento

Dressing
3/4 sugar
1/4 red wine vinegar

Directions:

Mix sugar and vinegar, pour over salad. Refregerate for 8 hours stirring occasionally.
