1 lb. ground round beef
1 small onion
1 small garlic clove or garlic salt (not too much)
1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
2 Tbsp chopped green peppers (for color)
1 Tbsp chopped piniento (for color)
1 teas Worchestersauce sauce
1 to 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the ground round and other ingredients until brown and ten minutes before serving add the mushrooms, pinientos and the sour cream. Serve this over rice and don't tell anyone it was made with sour cream and they will love it. This is not colorful, but can add a little catsup for color. This tastes good and thats all that matters.
