8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
4 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped OR
1 small can green chilies, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Chop jalapeno finely and sprinkle in the bottom of a 9X13 inch baking dish. (Or spread green chilies and omit jalapeno). Mix cheeses and sprinkle over the peppers. Beat eggs well and drizzle over the cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 275 degrees. Cool and cut into squares.
