Dad used to make us stand over a hot pot of Vicks if we had a cold, but Grandma Thomas would make us this wonderful warm drink. I am still trying to find the recipe for wheat germ and honey. We would beg Grandma to make it for us - kind of like a bar cookie, wheat germ, honey, oil, powdered milk, raisins and baking soda or power - anybody?
