11/2--2 lbs tenderized sirloin steak or round steak (cube steak can be used if time is important, it gets tender a lot faster)
1/4 cup oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 large can tomato juice
1 large onion diced
1 Very thin sliced carrot

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown steaks in oil. Add large can of Tomato juice,onion and carrot.Place lid on skillet and cook on low until meat is tender and Tomato juice has reduced down to gravy consistency. More tomato juice may be needed to get meat tender enough. You may also put in the oven as you do not need to watch it so close. Place in oven at 350 until tender, approximately 1hr.
