1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Tbls. Pure Vegetable Oil
1 Can (15 oz.) Tomato Sauce
2 Tbls. Red Wine
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, saute' onion, celery, and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Makes 2 Cups sauce. May be frozen.
