1/2 pound tiny white onions, peeled
2 Tbls. butter or margarine
1 pound small new potatoes, scrubbed
6 carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 Cup chicken broth
2 Tbls. chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup peas (preferably fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onions in butter until slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots, chicken broth, dill and salt. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer covered 15 minutes. Add peas, re-cover and cook 5 minutes longer, or until vegetables are just tender.
