2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

3 oz. cream cheese
6 Tbsp or 3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
milk enough to spread

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an ungreased 11X17pan. Bake for 25 min at 350.

Combine frosting ingredients and spread on cooled bars.
