1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 T. cocoa
3/4 c.nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 pkg(12oz.) milk chocolate chips.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over oats. Let it stand 10 min. Mix sugars, margarine and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and cocoa. Beat. Add 1/2 of the chips. Pour into a greased and floured 9X13 pan. Sprinkle the rest of the chips and nuts on the top. Bake at 350 for 50 min.
