2 (6 oz.) pkgs. long grain and wild rice
4 c. turkey, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
6 tbsp. pimento, chopped
3 avocados, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. Russian salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook rice and cool. Add next 3 ingredients. Combine mayonnaise with remaining ingredients except avocado. Toss dressing mix with rice mixture. Chill. Garnish with avocado slices.
