1 lb sweet Italian sausage, loose
1 med onion
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 med zucchini, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
1 bag cheese tortellini
1 T oregano
1 big can crushed tomatoes
2 reg cans beef bouillons
3 big cans water

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, brown sausage and drain. Add onion and brown. Add crushed tomatoes. Then add all remaining ingredients except for the tortellini.

Blend and cook for 2 hours on low heat, or for 1 hour on higher heat. In last 1/2 hour (at low heat), add tortellini. Serve.

Note: I have made this many times. You can add a different pasta if you don't' want the tortellini. Also, if you want to freeze this, cook up to point where pasta is added, but don't add the pasta. Let cool and place into freezer containers. When using, unthaw and then cook pasta in soup before serving.
