1 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium head garlic - peeled and sliced 1-1/2 lbs fresh green beans or 16oz frozen salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil; add garlic, and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. In a med saucepan, boil green beans until tender. Drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
