plain bread crumbs
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and pat dry the desired number of potatoes for your meal. Cut potatoes into quarters (if medium size) or approximately 1 3/4" - 2" pieces. Melt butter and coat potatoes with it. Then roll potatoes in bread crumbs that have been seasoned with salt and pepper.

Place in baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 450 for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes to allow them to get crispy and brown.
