4 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 (6-ounce) package strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
4 ounce reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 envelope dry whipped topping mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup skim milk

Preheat the oven to 350
Combine the margarine, brown sugar, pretzels, and press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch non stick baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool. Meanwhile, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water stirring until dissolved. Add the strawberry slices. Cool in the refrigerator until the gelatin begins to set. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar . Prepare the whipped topping according to the package directions, substituting skim milk. Fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the cooled crust. Pour the semi-firm gelatin mixture over. Spread over the cooled crust. Pour the semi-firm gelatin mixture over the cream cheese mixture over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set.
