6 c. flour, divided
1 T. salt
1 T. sugar
2 T. dry active yeast (not instant)
2 c. hot water
3 T. oil


Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cups flour and other dry ingredients. Add water and oil and mix well. Gradually add 3 more cups of flour, then knead for 3 minutes.

Grease a jelly roll pan and sprinkle with corn meal. Form dough into 2 long loaves and set on pan. Make 3 diagonal slits on top. Brush with egg or milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Put in oven preheated to 150 degrees for 15 min, then increase temperature to 375 and bake for 25 more minutes.
