Ingredients:  
Instant potatoes for 10 or the equilivant of real mashed potatoes
1 16 oz container sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can French's Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 F. Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, and garlic powder.
2. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Mix well and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
3. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and Cheddar French Fried Onion Rings
3. Bake until hot. Approximately 10 minutes..
