Ingredients:  
2 chicken breasts split (or 3 boneless chicken breasts)
1 large onion, chopped
2 large carrots, cut into 1/2" dice
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan with 1/4 cup water, place onion, carrots and celery. Cook until almost done.

In larger pan, place soup that has been diluted with milk. Heat through and then add diced cooked chicken and vegetables. Heat through again.

Serve over cooked rice, toasted bread, or biscuits.
