3/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick of margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Cut margarine into 8 pieces and put in bottom of 9" baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over margarine, then the pecans. Separate the biscuits and place in pan on top of the brown sugar. Bake at 375º for about 13-15 minutes, or until the tops of the biscuits are really dark golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately invert the pan onto a serving plate-do this over the sink as the sugar mixture may drip and be very hot. Let set for 3-5 minutes, then remove pan. Serve warm.
