1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. diced onions
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 large tomatoes
1 large pkg. Doritos chips
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 buds garlic
1 large head lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with chili powder, salt and cumin; saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Melt in double boiler; cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Slice lettuce and tomatoes. Add meat and vegetables to lettuce and tomatoes; mix. Add 1 large package slightly crushed Doritos and mix. Pour hot cheese mix over all and serve.
