1 fryer, cut up 1 c. buttermilk Corn flakes, crushed
Put about 1 cup buttermilk in flat bowl. Roll chicken in buttermilk and then roll in crushed Post Toasties. Place in oiled pan with skin side up. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 or until tender and brown. Do not cover in oven.
