2 oz butter
4 oz flour
1 t curry powder
1 quart chicken stock
6 oz triple sec



Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and curry and cook for 5 min. Slowly pour in chicken stock and triple sec, whisking briskly to combine and smooth, simmer for 20-30 min until thicken.
