1 1/4 lb ground sirlion
1/4 C brown sugar
1 T Montreal Seasoning, don't skip this part
1 onion, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 T red wine vinegar
1 T worchestershire sauce
2 C tomato sauce
2 T tomato paste



Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sirlion with sugar and montreal seasoning. Add onion, pepper, red wine vinegar and worchestershire to meat mixture and cook for 5 min. Add tomatoe sauce and paste, reduce heat to simmer and cook mixture 5 min longer. Serve on crusty rolls
