3 c small white beans
1/2 lb bacon
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c chopped onions
1/4 c light molasses
1/4 c sugar
2 t dry mustard
1 t salt
1 clove garlic minced
1 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with cold water and place in refrigerator overnight.

Drain beans; Place into pan and cover with 2 qts of cold water. Bring to boil and then cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain pan.

Cut bacon into 1" pieces and place into 3 quart casserole. Stir in beans and onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beans.

Bake, covered, at 325 for 5 hours. Stir occasionally, adding water if dry.
