2 cups sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1 3/4 cup raw peanuts
2 Tbls. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2-3 drops red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, and water in 2 qt. glass bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 3 1/2 minutes. Stir in peanuts and microwave 9 minutes (stirring 1/2 way through) Stir in margarine, vanilla and food coloring. Beat hard with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes until creamy. Pour into greased miniature muffin pans, or drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or alumni foil, or spread out on cookie sheet and break into pieces when cool.)
