2 1/2 c flour
3/4 t salt
3/4 c Crisco
7 T ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt together; place into bowl and add Crisco. Blend together until mixture looks like cornmeal. Add ice water gradually and mix gently with a fork (don't stir).

Put onto wax paper and chill for at least 1/2 hour.

Makes: one 2-crust pie or 2 1-crust pies (9").
