6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 T mayo or sour cream
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside. Mash yolks and add rest of ingredients. Blend well.
Fill whites with mix, about a tablespoon per egg. Dust with paprika. Chill one hour.
