40 saltine crackers
2 sticks of butter (no margarine)
1 cup brown sugar
1 small pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large jelly roll pan with foil & lay the saltines on it, one layer. Bring butter & brown sugar to a boil & boil 3 minutes stirring constantly. Immediately pour the mixture over the crackers, distributed evenly. Bake @ 400 for 5 minutes. Take out and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Let stand 5 minutes & spread. Cool & refrigerate. When completely cooled, break into pieces.
