Directions:
Melt butterscotch chips & peanut butter in a cooking pot. Add the Krispies & mix well. Pat half of the Krispie mixture into an 8x8 buttered glass casserole dish. Cool in fridge. Melt chocolate chips with water & confectioner sugar. Pour chocolate over the chilled Krispies & mash the rest of the Krispie mixture on top of that. Eat a piece to test it, eat another piece to make sure it's good, eat one more piece for good measure, eat one for dessert, eat one for TV snack, pack one for your lunch, clean up the dishes and you're done!
