2 boxes frozen Green Giant chopped brocolli
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Topping:
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix
1/2 cup margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook brocolli til barely tender & mix with the soup, onion, mayo & cheese. Place in an 8x8 glass casserole. Melt the margarine, mix with stuffing crumbs & spread over the brocolli mixture. For a gathering you will need to double the recipe & bake in the 13x9 glass casserole. Bake @ 300 for 45 minutes.
