1 lb steak, sliced thin
1 large onion, halved and sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Season the beef strips to taste, roll in flour and brown in oil. Add the onion and mushrooms, wine, broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook until onions are limp. Stir occasionally, adding more liquid if necessary. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. When cooked, drain and stir in 1/4 cup butter an salt to taste.
Serve the stroganoff over the buttered noodles.
