1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 lb hamburger
1/2 C chopped onion
1 T or 3 cubes beef bouillon
1 - 16 oz can refried beans
1 - 4 oz can green chilies, chopped
1/4 C tomato sauce
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Bake shell at 425 for 8 minutes. Brown meat with onion & bouillon. Stir until bouillon dissolves. Remove from heat & stir in beans, chilies & tomato sauce. Turn into shell. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes & top with remaining ingredients to resemble a tostada.

This is even good cold. Instead of tomato sauce, sometimes I just use catsup.
