2 tubes (8 count each)refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 C salad dressing
1/2 C sour cream
2 packages (8 oz each), softened
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
3/4 C each, sliced green pepper, green onions, tomato, carrots, cauliflower, shredded cheese

Directions:

Cover bottom of a jelly roll pan with the unrolled sheets of dough, patting and stretching to fit. Bake in 350 oven 7 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. In mixing bowl combine sour cream, cream cheese, dressing mix and dressing. Spread over crust in pan. Combine vegetables and cheese and spread evenly over the cheese mixture.Cover with plastic wrap and push vegetables into cheese. Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours, still covered. Cut into bars.

I love these. You can also put something besides fresh vegetables on it. Water chestnuts, olives, etc. I've guessed at the prep time.
