Cake:
1 c. margarine or oil
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
3 or 4 T. milk
4 T. cocoa
1 box of powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Cake:
Mix and heat the first three ingredients in a sauce pan until melted. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and bake at 350 in a 9 x 13 greased pan approximately 25 minutes or until done. (Batter will be thin).

Icing:
Melt margarine with milk, add cocoa and powdered sugar, then vanilla. Pour over cake.
