2 stalks chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cans Le Sueur Green Peas, drained
1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
1 stick Ritz Crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion with 1/2 stick butter.
Mix peas and water chestnuts with sautéed celery and onion.
Bake at 350º until bubbly.

Mix 1 stick melted butter with Ritz Crackers and pour on top of cooked peas.
Bake an additional 10 minutes until crackers are browned.
