1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 can (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Brown meat, onion and garlic over medium heat in skillet. Drain off grease. Add chilies, drained tomatoes, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place a large spoonful of the green chili in the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place in a greased baking dish. Pour remining chili over top, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Heat in oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
