Beat 3 eggs. Gradually add
1 C sugar
2/3 C pumpkin
1 t lemon juice
Mix together and gradually add to mixture
2/3 C flour
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t soda
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 t ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into a well greased 10X13 pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 375 for 15 min. (Do not overbake.) Dump onto a clean towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.Roll up in a towel and cool for 10 min.
Cream:
1 C powder sugar
1/2 t Vanilla
4 T butter
1 8 ounce cream cheese
Unroll frost roll and cover in foil. Freeze. Thaw 1 hour before serving.
