41/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk (141/2 oz)
1 c. marshmellow whip
1 bar sweet choc. (13 oz) grated
2 pkg. semi sweet choc. chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, milk, Boil 2 min.
Remove from heat: add - remaining ingredients.

Spoon into buttered pan. Cool until firm
