Melt Butter in a 9x13 inch glass casserole dish. Mix flour,11/4 Cups sugar 2 tbsp cocoa, milk and vanilla; mixing well. Pour over melted butter in casserole dish DO NOT STIR!! Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter. DO NOT STIR!! Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes serve while warm with ice cream for whipped cream on top.
