1 Cup Plain Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/3 Cup Shortening (Crisco) 2-3 tbsp. Ice Water
Shake flour, salt, and shortening in an air tight container with lid until mixture is crumbly. Add 2-3 tbsp. ice water and shake till it forms a ball. Scrape the sides and roll out dough as you normally would.
