1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Minute Rice
1 Cut up Chicken
1 Package Dried Onion Soup Mix
Salt to Taste
1 3/4 Cups Water
1 Can Cream Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of an oblong baking dish spread 1/12 cups of minute rice. Place cut up chicken in single layer over rice cut side down. Sprinkle 1 package dried onion soup mix over chicken. Add 1 3/4 cups water to 1 can of cream of mushroom soup; mix well and spoon over chicken. Be sure to wet all onion soup mix and rice. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour or longer
